Cancelling an order in Greenline

Cancelling an order in Greenline

If your store is on Greenline, you cannot use Breadstack to cancel orders that have already been paid. If you try to do so, you'll encounter the below popup:

To cancel these orders, log into your Greenline POS system and follow the steps below.
  1. View outstanding orders by clicking Parked in the right-hand panel.

  2. Locate the order by scrolling or by searching the order number or customer name.

  3. Change the status of that order to Completed. It will disappear from the register.

  4. Click on the Sales tab at the top right of the screen.

If you don't immediately see the order here, search for it using the customer's name. Make sure the store dropdown is set to the correct store.

  5. Open the order. At the bottom of the order info dropdown, click Cancel.
In Breadstack, the order status will automatically change to Cancelled, and if the customer paid by credit card, a refund will be issued automatically.
