Finding a specific customer in Breadstack

You may need to look up a customer without having all their information on hand. Breadstack's customer module lets you search your store's customer list using a number of different identifiers.

To find a customer quickly, navigate to Customers > Search. You will be able to find based on criteria such as:
  1. Customer name 
  2. Email
  3. Username
  4. Phone 
And you can also narrow down your search to:
  1. Province 
  2. Last order date (e.g: last month, last 7 days, etc...) 


Another way for you to find a specific customer in Breadstack: 
- Go to Customer > Filter, on the right hand side of the screen you would be able to see the box about Customer Information. 
- Insert information of the particular customer you are looking for such as
  1. First name
  2. Last name
  3. Email
  4. Phone number 
  5. D.O.B (Date of birth) 
  6. Address line 1
  7. Address line 2
  8. Country 
  9. State/Province
  10. City 
  11. Zip code 
- Click Apply to finalize the process
