Integrating Onfleet with Breadstack

Integrating Onfleet with Breadstack

Onfleet is a third-party fulfillment platform that offers self-managing delivery and dispatch services. It is the trusted last-mile delivery solution for thousands of companies across dozens of industries.

If you're already using Onfleet, you can easily integrate it with Breadstack. Doing so will cause Onfleet delivery to show up as one of the shipping methods for customers to select on your storefront. It will also turn Breadstack into an all-in-one place to monitor, track, and manage deliveries.

Setting up a connection with Onfleet

In order to connect with Onfleet, you'll need an Onfleet Webhook Secret and Onfleet API Key. You can find both of these codes in your Onfleet account.
  1. Go to Settings > Retail > Integrations and select Onfleet.
  2. Find the name of the store you want to integrate and click Connect. In the popup, paste your Onfleet API Key and Webhook Secret. Then, click Save.
  3. Next to your store's name, make sure the Connection toggle is set to On.

When you're done, you'll see Onfleet as an available shipping method on your storefront. Learn how to track and manage Onfleet deliveries in Breadstack.

If your Onfleet connection is ever disrupted, follow the above process with a new Onfleet Key and Webhook Secret to establish a new connection.

Disabling Onfleet

To turn Onfleet off or on for a particular store, go to Settings > Retail > Integrations > Onfleet and move the toggle under Connections to Off.

Once you've disabled Onfleet, it will no longer appear as a shipping option on your storefront.

Note that if you disable Onfleet while your Breadstack store still has outstanding Onfleet orders, status updates will no longer flow between the two platforms.
