Managing chat notification

Managing chat notification

In Breadstack, you can choose which notifications you want to receive about live chats and customize what they look and sound like
To access your notification centre, go to My Account > Notification, the screen will provide the list of customizations you can do.

You’ll see four notification options. Use the toggle to turn any of them on or off :
  1. New pending chat: Sound alert when a customer messages you, this will help you to not miss any incoming chats from your customers.
  2. New active message sound: Sound alert when a new message arrives in an active chat. You can choose to hear this notification every three minutes, two minutes, or 30 seconds.
  3. Customer left sound: Have this toggle on when you want to receive a sound alert when a customer leaves an active chat.
  4. Unread chat reminder: Sound alert when there is an unread chat in the queue. You can choose to hear this notification every three minutes, two minutes, or 30 seconds.
