Resetting a customer password

If your customer has an online account and forgot their password, you can reset it for them.

  1. Go to Customers and locate the customer's profile.
  2. Open the profile and click Reset Password in the top right corner of the screen, next to the lock icon.
  3. Fill in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, then click Save. The customer should now be able to log in using the new password.
