Setting warehouse pickup and delivery hours
Control the times of day customers can select for local pickup, delivery (via Breadstack Delivery or Onfleet) or curbside pickup. You can set these hours individually for each store or warehouse location.
Setting customer pickup hours
- Go to Settings > Organization > Locations and click Edit underneath the warehouse name.
- In the top ribbon, select Hours, then select Instore Pickup.
- Click Edit to change any of the following:
- The hours when customers can schedule a pickup
- Time Slots - The length of the pickup windows customers can select
- Next Available Time - The length of time it takes to complete a pickup order. This will determine the next available time a customer can select for pickup.
- If you want to add 24-hours opening then you can click on the 3 dots symbol for more options.
- (Optional) Select + Add Special Hours to schedule different hours for holidays or other events.
- Click Save.
Setting Breadstack Delivery or Onfleet delivery hours
If your store is integrated with Breadstack Delivery or Onfleet, you can set the hours available for delivery.
- Go to Settings > Organization > Locations and click Edit underneath the warehouse name.
- In the top ribbon, select Hours. Then select Delivery in the top ribbon.
- Click Edit to change any of the following:
- The hours when customers can schedule delivery
- Time Slots - The length of the delivery windows customers can select
- Next Available Time - The length of time it takes to complete a delivery order. This will determine the next available time a customer can select for delivery.
- If you wish to have the delivery hours operate in different time frames/24-hours you can click on the 3 dots symbol for more option.
- (Optional) Set an Order Limit. This restricts how many customers can choose the same slot. You can choose between:
- Set for all time slots - Set a single limit for all slots on all the days you offer delivery.
- Set for individual time slot - This will open a popup where you can select a day of the week, then choose:
- Set for all time slots - Set a single limit for all slots on the selected day.
- Set for individual time slot - Set a limit for a specific time slot on your chosen day.
For example, if you have fewer delivery drivers working on Monday afternoons, you may wish to set a lower order limit for those time slots.
- (Optional) Select + Add Special Hours to schedule different hours for holidays or other events.
- Click Save.
Setting curbside pickup hours
- Go to Settings > Organization > Locations and click Edit underneath the warehouse name.
- In the top ribbon, select Hours, then select Curbside Pickup.
- Click Edit to change any of the following:
- The hours when customers can schedule a curbside pickup
- Time Slots - The length of the pickup windows customers can select
- Next Available Time - The length of time it takes to complete a curbside pickup order. This will determine the next available time a customer can select for curbside pickup.
- You can set certain date to have 24 hours delivery hours by clicking on the 3 dots symbol.
- (Optional) Select + Add Special Hours to schedule different hours for holidays or other events.
- Click Save.
