Setting warehouse pickup and delivery hours
Control the times of day customers can select for local pickup, delivery (via Breadstack Delivery or Onfleet) or curbside pickup. You can set these hours individually for each store or warehouse location in Settings > Locations > Hours
Setting-up instore pickup hours
- Go to Settings > Locations and click on the warehouse that you wish to edit.
- Scroll down to the Fullfilment section and click the symbol edit for the Pickup hours option.
- You will have 2 options to choose: Customers can choose a specific time slot when placing orders and Customers can’t choose a specific time slot. All order’s delivery time is ASAP.
- If you choose to customize a specific time slot, you will need to:
- Click the date you want to edit and proceed to:
- Toggle on the option that allows customers to choose a timeslot
- Choose the value for: Start Time, End Time, Each Time Slot Duration and Next available time.
- Click Save once done.
- Click the Bulk Select option to multi-edit different days in the week:
- Click Bulk Select, choose the dates that you want and click Bulk Edit.
- Toggle on the option that allows customers to choose a timeslot.
- Choose the value for: Start Time, End time, Each time slot duration and Next available time.
- Click Save once done.
- Click + Special Hours if you want to make special arrangement for holidays.
- Click Save.
Setting-up delivery hours
If your store is integrated with Breadstack Delivery or Onfleet, you can set the hours available for delivery.
- Go to Settings > Location and click Edit underneath the warehouse name.
- Go to the Fulfillment section and click Edit for the Delivery section.
- You will have 2 options to choose: Customers can choose a specific time slot when placing orders and Customers can’t choose a specific time slot. All order’s delivery time is ASAP.
- For users who have chosen the option Customers can choose a specific time slot when placing orders, you will be able to edit/bulk edit the day of the weeks. There are 2 options for time adjustment:
- Generate time slot:
- Toggle on the option that allows the customers to choose the time slot
- Choose option Generate time slot in the dropdown box
- Input the data for: Start time, End time, Each time slot duration, Next available time and Lead time (The time for the store to prepare the order and you can’t place an order within the Lead Time value)
- Click Save.
- Click Customize individual time slot:
- Toggle on the option that allows the customers to choose the time slot.
- Choose option Customize time slot.
- Click + Add slot to add more time frame within the date you have selected.
- For each of the time frame, input the data: Start time, End time and Lead time.
- If you want to delete any time frames, click the symbol Delete.
- Click Save.
- (Optional) Select + Add Special Hours to schedule different hours for holidays or other events.
- (Optional) You can allow/unallow customers to choose a time slot on your storefront by clicking the box in the section Settings.
- Click Save.
Setting curbside pickup hours
- Go to Settings > Locations and click on the warehouse that you wish to edit.
- Scroll down to the Fullfilment section and click the symbol edit for the Curbside pickup option.
- You will have 2 options to choose: Customers can choose a specific time slot when placing orders and Customers can’t choose a specific time slot. All order’s delivery time is ASAP.
- If you choose to customize a specific time slot, you will need to:
- Click the date you want to edit and proceed to:
- Toggle on the option that allows customers to choose a timeslot
- Choose the value for: Start Time, End Time, Each Time Slot Duration and Next available time.
- Click Save once done.
- Click the Bulk Select option to multi-edit different days in the week:
- Click Bulk Select, choose the dates that you want and click Bulk Edit.
- Toggle on the option that allows customers to choose a timeslot.
