User roles and permissions
Learn about the permissions and restrictions for each Breadstack user role.
Owner/Admin
Owner/Admin users have full access to all modules across their entire organization. They can perform any operation related to any store. They are the only users able to invite others to Breadstack.
General Manager
General Managers can access all modules except for Settings.
Marketing Manager
Marketing Managers can access all modules except for Settings and Service.
Service Manager
Service Managers can access all modules except for Settings and Retail.
In the Sales screen of the Service module, they can view (but not edit) promotions and coupons.
Service Agent
Service Agents can access all modules except for Settings and Retail.
They cannot view the Analytics screen in the Service module.
