Connecting the live chat widget to your website

Connecting the live chat widget to your website

Once you've linked your website to Breadstack as a new channel, your next step is to set up the live chat widget on your site.

If your website is hosted by Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, or Shopify, see this article for links to specific instructions on setting up the widget.

To set up your live chat widget on your site, there are 3 ways:
  1. Via Onboarding Step: When you set-up your store, at step #3 you will receive a script which you can then forward it to your developers or follow our instructional guide to do-it-yourself.
  2. Via Settings > Chat Widget: This is applicable for Single Store e-Commerce and POS Cannabis workspaces.
  3. Via Settings > Service > Channels: This is only applicable for Multiple Stores e-Commerce, non-Cannabis
