New unified navigation

We’re excited to announce a new version of Breadstack designed to help you navigate smoothly between retail management, customer service, and local delivery.

You can now access our full ecommerce universe - Breadstack, Breadstack Live Chat, and Breadstack Delivery (formerly CanFleet) - with a single login, and add team members with just one invitation.

We’ve updated user permissions to ensure you can grant each team member the right level of access for his or her role. Learn about the new roles and permissions here.

In addition, you may notice some changes to the way Breadstack is organized.

There are two new icons in your left-hand panel:

  • Service (the speech bubble) is where you can find all things related to live chats and visitor tracking.

  • Retail (the cannabis leaf) includes store management modules such as Products, Customers, Orders, and Loyalty.

A new Home page breaks down key metrics on your store’s overall performance. For more detailed numbers, have a look at the Dashboards or Analytics/Insights modules in both the Service and Retail sections.
