Entering New Products into COVA POS

When creating new products in COVA, be sure to fill out as many details as possible so that the data is stored in Breadstack and is pushed to the website. Any changes in COVA will be pushed to Breadstack within a couple of minutes, please allow for additional sync time when pushing bulk updates. Breadstack will sync the product details that are entered into the product via the POS, and these fields are empty in COVA, they will be empty in Breadstack.

Product Image Requirements

  1. Image Requirements

    1. All images should be SQUARE.

    2. Images should be saved as .jpeg, .png format

    3. File Name: Images When saving the image, use the same name as the product without special characters

  2. Image Size Dimensions: 

  1. Minimum Size: 800 x 800px

  2. Recommended Size: 1024 x 1024 px

  3. Maximum Size: 2048 x 2048 px

Do not use small images and stretch them out to make the white space consistent.  Otherwise it will be blurry

Use only high resolution images, and scale down to make white space consistent


White Space Requirements

Make sure that there is an even aspect ratio of white space around the product:
